2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Do you ship across all of Canada and UK? Yes, we deliver to customers in all UK and Canadian provinces and territories.

  • How much does shipping cost? We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

  • How long will it take to receive my order? Our delivery timeline is divided into two parts:

    • Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).

    • Transit Time: 7 – 10 business days (Monday – Friday).

      Total estimated delivery is 8 – 13 business days.

  • Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your package in real-time.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return.

  • How do I start a return? Please email us at info@outlandmarket.com with your order number. Important: Do not send items to our administrative office in Ottawa. We will provide you with a specific domestic return address once your request is authorized.

  • Are there restocking fees? No, we do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 CAD).

  • When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, we process refunds within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Where are your products shipped from? To provide a curated selection and competitive pricing, our products are dispatched from our international distribution centers directly to your address.

  • What if my item arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@outlandmarket.com. In these cases, we cover 100% of the return or replacement costs.
