You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Authorization: All returns must be approved by our team before shipping. We will provide you with the correct return instructions and the appropriate return facility address.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

Products must be unused and in their original condition.

If items are returned used, damaged, or incomplete beyond reasonable inspection, a partial refund or depreciation deduction may apply as permitted by provincial law.
3. Return Shipping & Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your order is faulty, damaged, or not as described, Outland Market covers all return shipping costs. Please report these issues promptly upon discovery.

Change of Mind: For standard returns (buyer's remorse), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
4. Refunds

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the transaction.
5. Exchanges & Cancellations

Exchanges: We accept exchanges. Contact us at info@outlandmarket.com to arrange a swap for a different size or model.

Cancellations: We have an order modification cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST). Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled as a return.
6. Shipping Issues

Address Changes: If you need to update your delivery address, contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the fulfillment process.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a pickup location, we reserve the right to charge for additional reshipping costs.
7. Important Address Notice
The registered address in Ottawa listed below is our administrative office and is not a return facility.

Do not send returns to the Ottawa address without prior authorization. Items sent there without an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) cannot be processed.
